Dr. Emma Vieira
FRACGP, BMed (Hons), awarded the University of Newcastle (Faculty of Health) Medal
Dr Emma Vieira completed her studies at the University of Newcastle. Originally from Dubbo, she has now settled at The Rock with her husband and three young children. She has extra training in emergency medicine and paediatrics from her previous experience at Westmead Children’s Hospital in Sydney.
Dr. Enoch Chan
BMed, MD, FRACGP
Dr Enoch Chan completed his medical training at the University of New South Wales in 2013. He completed his fellowship with the RACGP in Sydney in 2018. Dr Chan has also worked as a visiting medical officer in Cessnock District Hospital.
Dr P. Fernando
MD (Hons), FRACGP (Australia), FRSPH (UK),
MRCGP (INT-UK), MSc (Community Medicine)
Dr Fernando completed his medical training at the Peoples Friendship University (Moscow) in 2007 and completed his fellowship with the RACGP in 2023. Dr Fernando holds a master’s in public health and is also an international Member of RCGP (UK). Dr Fernando has lived and worked in Wagga Wagga since 2018 having special interests in skin and chronic disease management.
Dr. Taliha Adeel
MBBS, AMC, DCH
Dr Taliha completed her hospital training and placement in Nepean Hospital Sydney prior to moving to Wagga in 2019 for her General Practice training and has now settled in Wagga permanently with her husband and two young children.
