Our diabetes educator Donna Hann is available on Fridays at Trail Street Medical Centre. Please speak to our reception staff to make an appointment with Donna.
Mental Health
Please contact our reception staff for an appointment with our mental health nurse Martin Alster. These appointments have no financial cost with a mental health plan referral from your GP.
